Retail Food Group (RFG) is a global food and beverage company, with a network of more than 2,400 outlets across nine Brand Systems spanning over 80 licensed international territories. Headquartered in Queensland, Australia, it is Australia’s largest multi-brand retail food franchise owner, roaster and supplier of high quality coffee products and an emerging leader in the foodservice, dairy processing and wholesale bakery sectors. RFG has its sights set on expanding its international footprint, with a focus on introducing some of its well-known food retail brands. Sam Ferreira joins RFG from Oportun where he was Senior Director of Retail Stores. Sam brings over 25 years of leadership experience and a strong retail background in sales growth, operations, training and real estate. A proven Retail Executive, Sam has also previously worked with Peet’s Coffee and throughout his career has held roles in corporate environments as well as franchisee.
In his current role, as the President of US Operations, Sam will be responsible for the growth of Franchisee Operations and Sales within the United States for Retail Food Group Brands. He will be based in Los Angeles, CA.
