Arturo’s distinguished career began at Grupo FEMSA packaging division in support of Coca-Cola manufacturing in Mexico, where he honed his skills in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and talent management. Since then, he has held key HR leadership roles in globally recognized organizations, including Parker Hannifin and Ferro Corporation. His proven expertise in streamlining HR functions, leading organizational change, and driving productivity and efficiency will be instrumental as James Avery continues to evolve.
