After a successful twenty-year career at Kraft General Foods, where he held a series of management and executive-level positions, Pat spent five years as Managing Partner of a Connecticut based management consulting firm that specialized in providing added value via client-specific sales and marketing solutions. Prior to joining Allen Austin, Pat was Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a Connecticut based, family-owned and operated food company.
His strong management and consultative skills are combined with a strategic and practical approach. This has enabled Pat to help his clients effectively meet their executive search needs. His primary consulting practice is focused on the retail and consumer goods sectors. Over the past ten years, he has assisted clients in other industries as well such as financial services, construction, building supplies, and consumer durable products.
Pat received his BSBA in Marketing from Manhattan College, Riverdale, New York, and earned his MBA in Marketing from the Hagan School of Business, Iona College, and New Rochelle, New York.
