Based in Houston, Edie Bartlett is a Partner, and a member of the firm’s Consumer & Retail, Marketing Officer, Business Development, and Industrial practices.  She has over 20 years’ experience in executive leadership roles with prestigious consumer packaged goods companies Including Warner Brothers, MGM Studio and Starz.

Edie’s expertise encompasses all areas of CPG distribution including, sales, marketing, and product distribution across all classes of trade such as, E-Commerce including Amazon, digital platforms such as Apple and brick and mortar retailers across with US and Canada.  As the VP of Sales at Starz, she and her team were successful with the distribution of home entertainment products with brands such as AMC, The Weinstein Company and Starz.

She was introduced to Allen Austin originally as a client but soon recognized that our corporate values and entrepreneurial culture, closely mirrored her own business approach.  Through her role at Allen Austin, she works with premiere organizations to meet the opportunities and challenges of an ever-evolving marketplace, guide clients through strategic talent acquisition, cultural transformations, and leadership alignment.

Edie, her husband, Thomas and 2 daughters reside in Conroe, Texas with their 5 rescue dogs. Family time is spent at their little cabin in the woods of East Texas, around the pool or traveling.
