Allen Austin Welcomes Lauren O’Malley as Executive Assistant

(Houston, TX) – Tuesday, January 17, 2023 – Allen Austin, a leading management consulting firm based in Houston, is excited to welcome Lauren O’Malley to the firm as the Executive Assistant  to the CEO. She focuses on the development of partnerships between Allen Austin and its clients.

Lauren’s previous leadership and work experiences contribute to the unique perspective that she brings to her role. Her background includes serving as an advisor to college students as well as the Chair of Registered Student Organizations at her university. She draws upon these experiences as she strives to build lasting relationships with others and excel in all aspects of her life. She is devoted to Allen Austin’s mission to build cultures of peak performance.

Lauren recently graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the city of Houston.
