Michaella is an Associate with Allen Austin where she provides high-level support to the partners while working closely with the entire office to ensure a smooth flow of business between all stakeholders. Michaella is skilled at managing internal and external communications and acts as a liaison between clients, candidates, and Allen Austin’s internal team.

In her role, Michaella pulls from her leadership experience from serving as her university’s Student Body President, working as an academic coach for executive functioning skills, and conducting legal research. She is passionate about Allen Austin’s commitment to building cultures of peak performance with integrity and relationship focused service.

Michaella is an alumna from the University of St. Thomas where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Economics and a minor in Philosophy. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, learning frisbee golf, and visiting museums.
