Based in Houston, Jenny Reed serves as Managing Partner and is responsible for the executive search team, client service, talent acquisition and certain aspects of the firm’s human capital practices. Working closely with the key members of the leadership and search teams, Jenny is a catalyst for building Allen Austin’s culture of peak performance.
Jenny was instantly aligned with the Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values of Allen Austin. Jenny is committed to building lasting relationships, hiring the right person for the job, and making a difference by helping organizations build cultures that employ disciplined human capital practices, engage all stakeholders, and drive unprecedented results. Jenny believes that an organization’s most important asset are its people, processes, and clients.
Prior to Allen Austin, Jenny spent most of her career at Frank’s International, Inc. She began her career as the first Human Resource employee and a key member in the growth of the company ultimately part of the team taking the company public as Vice President of Human Resources. After leaving Frank’s she continued to work with the Mosing family in their private businesses, working in various Administration and Operational capacities in Real Estate and the Aviation Industries. Her experience in Human Resources and Operations brings a unique skill set and viewpoint to the team.
Jenny grew up in Michigan, moved to Houston and has resided in Texas for approximately 30 years. Jenny likes to bike and is a big advocate for dog rescues. She volunteers for Pup Squad and serves on the Community Board of Kickstart Kids. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals.
