Based in Atlanta, Grant Heath is a senior member of the firm’s Architectural, Engineering and Construction practice. A 30+ year veteran of retained search, Grant has conducted C-Suite and senior-level search engagements for some of the largest and most prestigious architectural, construction, interior design and engineering firms in the world. He is one of those rare consultants who understands and relates to both left and right brain executives, practice leaders and designers.
Prior to Gaines International/Allen Austin, Grant was a Vice President with W.L. Handler & Associates, a generalist retained search firm specializing in mid to senior-level searches within the Fortune 500 markets. During his tenure in this firm, Grant was fortunate to partner with such notable corporations as Anderson Consulting, Coca-Cola, Deloitte & Touche, Georgia Pacific, IBM, PepsiCo, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and many more.
As a Partner in the firm, Grant is responsible for client relationship management, project execution, and working with clients in a consultative and coaching capacity. His purpose is to become their trusted advisor in identifying goals, assessing core strengths needed for the successful candidates, establishing search strategies and guiding the process through the successful completion of each search engagement. He is known for his candor, responsiveness, trustworthiness, and exceptional results. Grant is skilled at extracting from his clients exactly what they’re trying to accomplish as well as what they need to get there.

Grant resides in Roswell, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. He is married and the father of two daughters and one son. Grant is a sports enthusiast however is particularly obsessed with basketball and college football. In his spare time, he coaches youth sports and loves to hike and explore the North Georgia Mountains.
