Target Lodging (now Target Hospitality) is the largest vertically integrated specialty rental accommodations and hospitality services company in the United States. The company is principally focused on building, owning and operating housing communities across several end markets, including oil, gas, energy infrastructure and government.
Jason Vlacich has joined the company as Chief Accounting Officer, a new position at the company. In his role at Target Hospitality, he is responsible for leading the accounting function, and particularly in getting the company ready to go public. Jason brings eighteen years of public accounting, hospitality accounting and finance to Target Hospitality. Prior to joining Target Hospitality, he was Chief Accounting Officer for Highgate Hotels, L.P., a third-party hotel management company where he oversaw over 60 corporate accounting personnel, including the internal audit department, the financial planning and analysis team, the treasury department, accounting EVP/VP’s, corporate controllers of over 60 global ownership groups in both the private equity and public REIT space.
